I offer creative writing (product copy, captions, newsletters), illustration & brand visuals (product promos, icons, Canva templates), and virtual assistance (Canva support, scheduling, admin/ops). You can book one-off projects or monthly retainers that combine services.

The invoice arrives by email with a secure Stripe payment link. You can pay by card directly through that link. Stripe handles the payment securely — no card data goes to me. After payment you’ll receive an automatic receipt.

Timelines depend on scope. Typical ranges: one-off asset — 1–2 weeks; Standard retainer assets — delivered across the month; Partner retainer — priority scheduling. Exact dates are confirmed in the proposal.

Final deliverables are licensed to you for commercial use after full payment. I retain the right to show work in my portfolio unless we agree to a separate work-for-hire or buyout clause.

You’ll receive web- and social-ready files (JPG/PNG, PDF) plus editable Canva files on Standard and Partner tiers. For illustration projects, source files (SVG/AI) can be included on request.

I use email for main updates, a shared task board for retainer clients (optional), and direct messaging for quick checks. We’ll confirm your preferred channel during onboarding.

For one-offs: 1–3 weeks is usually fine. For retainer starts or launch support: 4–8 weeks is safest. If you have a firm launch date, tell me in the initial brief so I can confirm availability.

Yes. Rush availability is limited and comes with a fee to cover expedited scheduling. Tell me your deadline in the inquiry and I’ll advise whether I can accommodate it.

For one-offs: cancellations before work begins are refundable minus a small admin fee. For retainers: we ask for 30 days’ notice; already-completed work or the first month’s fee is non-refundable. Exact terms are in the proposal.

Each tier includes revision rounds (Mini = 1, Standard = 2, Partner = 2–3). If you’re still not satisfied after the included revisions, we’ll discuss a solution — additional edits, partial refund, or rework — depending on the project stage.

Yes. For retainers you’ll receive a short onboarding pack (welcome, scope, timelines, communication plan) and a simple agreement outlining deliverables, payment, refunds, and cancellation terms.

Yes. Upgrades are effective immediately when scheduled; pauses require 30 days’ notice and are handled case-by-case to preserve scheduling. Downgrades are applied at the next billing period.

Absolutely. I’ll match palette, typography, and tone. Standard and Partner tiers include simple usage notes and Canva templates to help you reuse assets consistently.
